Clean Room Assembler - 2nd ShiftVolt is hiring Clean Room Assemblers for a busy manufacturer in Camarillo, CA! If you have experience in assembly and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain a sterile cleanroom environment by following cGMP guidelines, including proper garbing and cleaning proceduresMeasure, cut, position, and align tubing and small components for assemblyAssemble products and components according to specifications, drawings, and work instructionsUse hand tools such as cable guns, tubing cutters, bag sealers, and other assembly equipmentRead and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and diagramsDetermine proper sequence of assembly stepsClean work surfaces and equipment using alcohol and bleachInspect components and finished products for quality and accuracyComplete required documentation for lot and batch recordsReport defects, malfunctions, or issues to the supervisorMeet daily production goals while maintaining quality standardsFollow all safety procedures, SOPs, and company policiesQualificationsPrevious assembly experience requiredAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and Bills of Materials (BOMs)Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordinationHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and in a team environmentGood written and verbal communication skillsAbility to follow directions and ask for clarification when neededExperience completing production documentation, including batch and lot recordsHourly Pay: $20-$22Shift: 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM 11:30 PM (30-minute meal break)*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Benefits: Volt offers benefits (based on eligibility) that include the following: health, dental, vision, term life, short term disability, AD&D, 401(k), Sick time, and other types of paid leaves (as required by law), Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Volt is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits any kind of unlawful discrimination and harassment.
