At Truth At Work, our Chapter Presidents function as Faith-Driven Business Coaches for the members in our peer advisory groups that we call Round Tables. Job Role As a Chapter President, you will guide a group of Christian business owners and executives through monthly, in-person peer advisory meetings. This role offers flexibility to build your own group locally, share your accumulated business experience, and disciple leaders in their faith journey. This opportunity is designed for leaders to serve right in their own community - whether you’re in Chicago, Nashville, Tampa, or anywhere in between - giving you the ability to launch and lead a chapter where God has planted you. Who You Are A mature Christian passionate about integrating faith and business. 10+ years' experience as an executive, business owner, or leader. Strong at relationship building, networking, and facilitation. Skilled at drawing out wisdom from others rather than giving all the answers. Experienced in coaching, mentoring, or leading teams. Comfortable speaking to groups and guiding discussions. At a season in life where you feel called to invest your time and experience in other business leaders.
