Leads full-lifecycle support of the U.S. Army Transportation Command (ARTRANS) C4ISR SharePoint Online environment and custom application portfolio, spanning Tier 1/2 user support, Tier 3 sustainment, and Tier 4 new development.Key Tasks & ResponsibilitiesProvide Tier 1/2 user and content support for the web environmentDeliver Tier 3 sustainment for custom applications (e.g., Command Task Tracker/Power Apps, Equipment Readiness Dashboard/Power BI, Nintex workflows, Java/Oracle CPA, ColdFusion/Oracle ITS, .NET/SQL JECD and IRRIS), and diagnose/ deploy code fixesManage Tier 4 new development prioritized backlogEnsure Section 508 compliance, deliver Accessibility Conformance Reports, and deliver source code/technical data packages; enforce work authorization/tracking controlsDeliver all custom source code and technical data under the Source Code & Technical Data Delivery PackageEducation & Experience5+ years of SharePoint Online / web application development and sustainment experienceDoDM 8140.03 foundational qualification prior to start and Residential Qualification for privileged accessHands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Nintex, Java/Oracle, ColdFusion, and.NET/SQLExperience delivering accessible (508-conformant) applications with ACR documentationPrior DoD/Army web-application sustainment in a ticket-governed environmentCertificationsDCWF Work Role 212 - Software Developer, Intermediate proficiency.
