Product Engineer

Job Title - Product EngineerLocation - Duncan, SC (Onsite)• Provide support for installation, commissioning, start-up and troubleshooting for various control and automation projects.• Design Control System Architecture (CSA).• Design control study / URD (User Required Document) for the PLC & HMI programming.• Machine vision camera integration with PLCs.• Design electrical & control panel layout, control schematic drawings and Bill of Material (BOM).• Design, review and perform safety validation, safety maps, IQ/OQ, documents for new equipment installation at site.• Perform multi-discipline and vendor coordination for new equipment installation.• Review vendor & engineering documents as per project requirement.• Design feasibility study design basis document and detail engineering technical documents Cable schedule, Device List/ Tag List for new equipment / machine.• Design & review technical documents like engineering information for fabricator / contractor for activities to be performed in sequence at site for site clearance and new installation.• Deliver complex, large-scale projects on time and within the budget in compliance with NEC, NFPA79, OSHA, S88 and PackML Standards. Qualification:BE (Electrical, Instrumentation and control)
