Make it happen at Hopkins!Our team of radiation oncologists, dosimetrists, physicists, therapists, and nurses are all specially trained to treat specific cancers and we work side-by-side with other Johns Hopkins experts, including surgical oncology, medical oncology, pathology, and interventional radiology to create individualized treatment plans for each patient, using targeted technologies including Proton Therapy and procedures such as Brachytherapy. As a Lead Dosimetrist you will:manager the dosimetry team which includes organizing daily activities, coverage, personnel, and staff training/development needsassist in the creation of the highest quality radiation therapy treatment planscreate and monitor key performance metricsrefine or implement new treatment planning procedures and policiesact as a liaison with oncologists and physicistsWhat Awaits You:Career growth and development Employee tuition and dependent tuition reimbursementGenerous PTO planAffordable comprehensive benefits packageMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degreeCompletion of a JRCERT accredited dosimetry programCurrent registration by the Medical Dosimetry Certification Board (MDCB) as a Certified Medical Dosimetrist (CMD)Seven (7) years of Radiation Oncology experienceShift:Full Time (40 hours)Day ShiftImportant Notices:***Approved remote states include Maryland, DC, Virginia and West Virgina. ***Authorization to Work in the United States:Applicants who require sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered for this position. Salary Range: Minimum 66.12/hour - Maximum 109.10/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
