Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Service role based in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area. The role involves engaging with guests to ensure exceptional dining experiences, managing customer interactions with professionalism, and maintaining a welcoming and organized environment. Responsibilities include taking orders, delivering food and beverages, answering questions about the menu, facilitating smooth guest experiences, and supporting team operations as needed. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, ensuring a high-quality and interactive guest experienceAnalytical Skills and attention to detail to handle customer needs, anticipate service issues, and coordinate effectively with the teamSales experience and ability to provide guests with informed recommendationsBasic understanding of Finance, including proficiency in handling payments and managing transactions with accuracyAbility to work diligently as part of a collaborative team in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentPrior experience in the hospitality or service industry is preferredAvailability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
