The candidate also needs to have strong Excel skills with attention to detail while managing large data sets. Note:Special project for a Finance Analyst on the Workforce Planning Global Strategic Investments team. They’ll assist with a change and data management project to reassign over 1k employees to the correct Cost Centers. They will work cross functionally between Finance and HR. This person will support a foundational project ensuring client’s cost structure is aligned to how spend is managed and finish the play on ensuring employees sit in the correct cost center. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? As our Finance Lead, you will be part of the Finance Workforce Planning team responsible for budgeting and forecasting wage at company. This foundational project is designed to help improve the accuracy of actual financials for wage across the enterprise. WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH? You will collaborate closely with Global Investment Planning and Geography Finance SG&A teams. In addition, you will also partner with key HR teams, such as People Solutions and Global Payroll to execute cost center changes in Workday. WHAT YOU WILL BRING?
