Apply via Dice today!RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Hillsboro, OR that is seeking a Program Manager Tech.Essential Functions: Program Manager Tech will interface with clients as required on technical matters and/or project subject matters from project initiation through delivery Provide program/project schedules and status reports Create the functional specification, requirements and/or scope that will be used as a tool in making decisions as to how the product, service and/or project will be implemented Provide technical and/or analytical information to Product Managers, as required Organize cross functional activities ensuring that the program is completed on schedule and within budget constraints May manage/oversee project Interface with clients on technical and business issues from project initiation through delivery Drive program/project schedules and status reports Create and/or review multiple functional specifications that will be used as tools in making decisions as to how the product or service will be implemented As a Program Manager Tech, you will provide Product Managers & Product Unit Managers with technical and/or analytical information Organize cross functional activities ensuring the program/project is completed on schedule and within budget constraints Provide program/project schedules and status reportsREQUIREMENTS: BA in Engineering or related degree is required to be eligible for this role 4 overall years of experience in the field Minimum 3-4 years of experience with Basic program management techniques- Gantt chart, waterfalling, etc. Minimum 3-4 years of experience with Microsoft, excel, Microsoft project, one note, and Power BI Minimum 2 years of experience with Silicon engineering Disqualifiers: Candidates with industry mismatches or no silicon design experience will not be eligible for the role The ideal resume would contain: Any type of design or analog or mixed signal silicon IP design Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on: How quickly they can understand and start tracking program scheduled; Coordinating tracking sessions between engineering and program management team Candidate must be familiar with managing silicon design projects Desirable for candidate to have experience with managing analog/mixed-Signal IP Candidate should be familiar with tracking project through execution phases, milestone reviews, negotiation collateral and deliverables with internal SoC Customers, and rolling up common indicators for tracking silicon design healthThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
