Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders across internal and external networks. In-depth knowledge of SCYPHeR and other initiatives driving research and innovation at Sheffield Children’s NHS Foundation Trust. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality work under competing demands. Main duties of the jobReporting into the Associate Director for Research & Innovation, some of your responsibilities will include:Successfully manage and develop assigned projects relevant to the South Yorkshire Children and Young People Health Research (SCYPHeR) network Contribute to the wider Research & Innovation agenda at Sheffield Children’s NHS Foundation Trust. Enable connections locally and across South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw, supporting change and building sustainable relationships. Drive collaboration in research and innovation to address the needs of children and young people in Sheffield and beyond.
