Business Systems & Process Analyst

REQUIRED:Candidates should take the time to read all the elements of this job advert carefully Please make your application promptly.Minimum 2+ years of ERP experience with EPICOR SOLUTIONS.*REQUIRED - Hands on experience in the manufacturing/distribution industry**Minimum BS, preferably in business or accounting and/or IT related field*Strong skills with workflow of Epicor 9 application or similar ERP applicationsStrong interpersonal skills to manage internal customer relationshipsUnderstanding of ERP software implementation project life cycles and methodologiesSoftware training skills*MUST have very Strong documentation skills*Excellent presentation and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office products and Microsoft Windows 7 environmentTechnical proficiency in the areas of software troubleshooting and support of Epicor Some working knowledge of legacy software like ACCPAC, MYSIS and MAS 90DUTIES:As the Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding business requirements and designing solutions for production Epicor ERP environment. Specific responsibilities include:Determine needs based on user input for systems deployment and enhancementsDevelop implementation plans including equipment procurement and installation, user training and education, software installation and testing.Determine needs based on user input for further development of existing application software.Develop implementation plans including system tailoring, education, user training, testing and additional peripheral needs.Facilitate the process of integrating all divisions, sites and functions. Coordinate activities where necessary to achieve integration.Help to identify project scope, setting and meeting deadlines, implementation and project follow-up in accordance with company goals.Respond to users requests for database information. Determine viability and if request should be handled in-house or by outside software support. Test all new programs thoroughly before placing into production.Maintain knowledge of Epicor 9 modules and software applications.Conduct training on Epicor 9 functionality for new and existing users. Assist functions in documenting procedures and processes as they pertain to Epicor 9 system.Assist in system problem research to determine resolutions through Help hotline, responding to system messages and correcting user procedures when needed.Research system problems due to program inaccuracies and determine resolutions through program analysis and correction.
