The candidate should have hands-on expertise in ServiceNow TNI modules, integrations, CMDB alignment, and telecom service lifecycle management. Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and configure ServiceNow TMT industry solutions.Design & Configure telecom-specific device & Service models.Configure and customize:Form LayoutsPlaybooks.Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies.Table Structure.CMDB frameworkImplement telecom service assurance and operational workflows.Develop automation using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.Implement Service Graph Connectors for telecom ecosystem integration.Develop and maintain REST integrations with OSS systems.Data loading using Import Sets and Transform Maps. Required Technical SkillsScoped ApplicationsBusiness Rules, Script Includes, Client ScriptsUI Policies & UI ActionsFlow Designer & Integration HubREST/SOAP APIs,Decision Tables.Record Producers, Change Models.Update Sets & Application DeploymentCMDB Data Model & CI Relationships. TNI / TMT Specific Skills - Experience working with:ServiceNow Telecommunications Service ManagementService Assurance workflowsOSS IntegrationsResource & Service Hierarchy modelling in CMDB.Service Graph Connector implementation for telecom inventory systemsOperational Process alignment (Fulfilment, Assurance) Domain KnowledgeUnderstanding of telecom operations (Fulfilment, Assurance, Operations)Knowledge of network inventory systems.Experience integrating ServiceNow with OSS platforms Certifications (Preferred)CSA (Certified System Administrator)TNI / Telecommunications Service Management certification
