Manage all projects using project management software, including scheduling, resourcing, and communication. Develop project briefs, scopes of work, tasks, deliverables, schedules, and cost estimates. Prepare status reports and conduct internal status meetings to ensure timely project delivery. Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain and track creative elements for marketing projects. Monitor and troubleshoot campaign effectiveness post-launch. Track project progress and propose solutions to enhance effectiveness with internal teams or third-party vendors. Manage and coordinate internal and external resources for timely project delivery. Provide feedback to the marketing team when executions do not meet expectations or goals. Deliver project metrics with actionable insights and next steps to stakeholders. Maintain a working knowledge of brand guidelines and project governance. Assist the creative team with social media implementation, posting, and idea generation. Develop digital marketing automation in Microsoft Dynamics. Support the global sales team with customer meeting needs. Oversee promotional items for events and meetings, including inventory management, ordering, shipping, and new item creation. Collaborate with sales teams to better understand customers and target audiences. Implement account-based marketing initiatives in coordination with sales teams. Perform marketing administrative tasks as needed. Work with the events manager to execute global events for drilling and mining. Coordinate go-to-market executions for new products, including internal sales briefings, events, digital marketing, internal communications, and reporting. Maintain strong relationships with global sales teams, technical service teams, and operations. What You Will Bring to Derrick:Bachelor’s degree is required. Proven ability to manage and execute a wide range of marketing tasks and initiatives. Ability to network and coordinate across various businesses within an organization. Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization and across cultures. Exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage and influence cross-functional teams without direct reporting lines or matrix reporting. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization and tailor messages appropriately. Strong presentation skills, including the ability to create polished PowerPoint presentations for various levels of management. Independent self-starter who can manage multiple activities to meet deadlines. Eagerness to learn the drilling and mining business and understand detailed technical requirements. Occasional domestic travel may be required for this position. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Capability to establish credible business cases from concept through to full cost-benefit analyses and create supporting presentation material.
