Whether it's staff augmentation, dedicated IT teams, or general software engineering, we have opportunities for everyone to challenge themselves and take their career to the next level!Position Location - This role is available in Latam.Time Zone Requirements - This team operates on the East/West Coast time zones.How you’ll make an impact:Report to our Sr. Director of QAWork with development teams to design, execute and report on performance testing strategies for new features during SDLCDesign & Develop automated tests for nightly and pre-release performance and scalability pipelinesWork with other Performance Engineer & Solution Architects to develop performant and scalable platform architectureInvestigate high severity defects related to performance or system resourcesBuild tests to exercise and measure front end performanceWhat we’re looking for:Minimum requirements:3+ years in Performance Testing / QA role, experience with performance testing to identify system bottlenecksStrong technical background in performance, load, and scalability testing methodologiesExperience front-end and back-end performance & load testing SAAS platformsSolid understanding of API testing with REST/ GraphQL based frameworksStrong working knowledge of Javascript test frameworks such as Jmeter, Cypress; Playwright, CodeceptJS & k6 preferredStrong working knowledge of Git, including creating and managing Github Actions pipelinesExperience with APM tools such as New Relic, Grafana, etc.Excellent communication skills, and ability to train / mentor othersProven ability to understand system and database (NoSQL, MongoDB and etc.) performanceWorking understanding of hosted cloud services AWS / Azure / GCPStrong sense of ownership for your workAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyWhat you’ll love:USA Contractor100% RemoteHolidays OffPaid Time OffHealth insurance assistance program.Competitive Pay (USD)Excellent teamwork and work environmentTraining
