Sales Associate (FT + PT)

Our client, a luxury bedding brand, is seeking full-time and part-time Sales Associates to join the team at their brick & mortar store in Bethesda, MD. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.Job Duties IncludeCreate elevated experiences for clients through the in-store, in-home, and virtual design consultation programAchieve and exceed individual sales goalsAct as an ambassador for company valuesEnsure the selling environment is customer-ready at all timesMaintain cleanliness throughout the store by performing tasks including dusting, vacuuming, steaming, and ensuring shared areas are regularly cleaned and well-stockedAdditional duties as needed and assignedAbility to stand for duration of the shift and lift 50lbsJob Qualifications Include:1+ years of retail sales experience (or comparable industry – Equivalent experience and transferable skills will also be considered.Knowledge of basic retail math and cash management techniquesMust be able to stand for duration of shift, reach overhead, lift up to 50 lbs., and be able to climb a ladder/step stool, with or without reasonable accommodationA positive attitude and the ability to effectively engage with customersMust be open to offsite home design consultants as neededSalary: $20 – $25/hr DOE + bonusThe description above is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed and is not an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, and qualifications required.While PCG appreciates all applicants, only those qualified will be contacted.
