Founding Engineer

remote 160K - 180K Permanent We are looking for a Founding Engineer for a greenfield buildout for a fintech fully remote. Requirements: 3+ YOE in backend languages such as Python, Java, Kotlin or golang. Experience or strong interest in utilizing AI tools, as well as architecting integrations with third-party APIs. Background in owning complex features end-to-end, and a proactive approach to solving architectural bottlenecks. Interest in joining a smaller team with high ownership.
