Project Management Director

Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all facets of project management, guaranteeing the successful completion of large-scale projects valued between $500,000 and multimillion dollars, both on time and within budget. Lead and supervise a team of project managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders Ensure compliance with project management standards, policies, and procedures Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements Requirements (Must Have): Innovative and driven to lead continuous improvement efforts Proven leadership ability resulting in high-performing teams Excellent problem-solving, communication and decision-making skills Bachelor's degree in a related field such as construction management, business management or engineering. Financial background with experience creating financial reports. 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management. Requirements (Nice to Have): 5+ years of experience managing commercial finish carpentry construction projects. Experience using Bluebeam and reading architectural drawings.
