Slot Technician Supervisor
Lakeside Hotel Casino is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Slot Technician Supervisor to lead our Slot Operations team. This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and performance of slot gaming devices and related systems while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and Company standards.The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with leadership skills to support operational efficiency, maximize machine performance, and deliver exceptional guest service.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Supervise, direct, train, and support Slot TechniciansEnsure slot floor operations run efficiently in partnership with Gaming Operations leadershipMaintain compliance with all IRGC regulations, Internal Controls, and departmental proceduresPerform and oversee slot machine repairs, maintenance, overhauls, and modificationsAnalyze slot machine performance to support profitability and efficient machine mixCoordinate slot floor moves, new installations, and machine conversionsLoad and maintain approved software on slot server systemsProcess regulatory notices and game downloads as requiredOrder slot-related parts and manage inventory needsAssist Revenue Audit in resolving slot financial discrepanciesMaintain positive working relationships across departments and with vendorsEnsure department appearance, grooming, attendance, and safety standards are metDeliver professional and proactive guest service at all timesWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:High school diploma or equivalent requiredBasic electronic training and/or related slot technician experience requiredPrior leadership or supervisory experience preferredWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and basic computer systems requiredExperience with CAD software and slot floor layouts preferredMust be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission gaming licenseValid driver's license requiredAbility to communicate effectively in EnglishAbility to work flexible schedules, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs requireAbility to lead in a fast-paced gaming environment while maintaining compliance and operational standardsWHY JOIN US?
