Sales Supervisor
Our client is a rapidly growing regional waste hauler seeking a Sales Supervisor in the Atlanta market. The Sales Supervisor is a hands-on, process-driven leader who partners closely with the Regional Sales Manager to oversee day-to-day sales execution, CRM discipline, pipeline management, and sales rep development. This role focuses on enforcing consistent sales processes, maintaining accurate forecasting and reporting, coaching and developing a team of outside sales representatives, and driving steady performance improvement. The position also supports customer retention and expansion efforts, assists with key account negotiations, and helps foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth, with a clear pathway to broader sales leadership responsibilities. Compensation will be 85-90k base plus commission and benefits.
