Executive Assistant, Power Opportunities
ResponsibilitiesBased in Stamford, the Executive Assistant will be part of the Power Opportunities group, and will provide administrative support to the Portfolio Manager and additional team members.Responsibilities include:Managing the front desk, greeting visitors, managing mail packages and office deliveries, and maintaining reception areaMaintaining calendars and scheduling meetings, conference calls and events;Organizing client/internal meetings, including conference room set-up;Ordering catering and refreshments for weekly staff lunches and other meetings within the office;Ordering office supplies (copy paper, pens/pencils, envelopes, desktop accessories);Scheduling travel arrangements (domestic and international) and managing expense reports;Answering, screening and managing incoming phone calls; andPerforming other administrative duties as needed.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience as an administrative assistant supporting multiple executives within an alternative investment firm;Outstanding follow-up and organizational skills with a strong attention-to-detail;Proven ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines, independently determining order of priority and self-initiating other value-added tasks; andStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.Personal AttributesExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;Self-starter with a proven ability to take initiative;Hard-working with strong dedication to the position and company; andTeam-oriented with strong integrity and professionalism.EducationBachelor's degree preferred but not required.Base Salary$75,000 - $115,000In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible to receive discretionary bonus incentives, a comprehensive benefits package and a flexible work arrangement.
