Role: Hardware EngineerLocation: On-siteJob Type: Full-TimePayout: $200K - $300K/yrRole Overview:We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Hardware Engineer, Robotics Lab to work on a full-time basis. The role involves designing, developing, and testing robotic hardware systems for advanced automation projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and refine hardware components for next-generation robotics applications.Key Responsibilities:• Design and develop robotic hardware systems, including sensors, actuators, and control interfaces.• Collaborate with software teams to integrate hardware with embedded systems and robotics control algorithms.• Conduct rigorous testing and validation of hardware prototypes to ensure performance, reliability, and safety.• Optimize mechanical and electrical designs for manufacturability, cost efficiency, and scalability.• Document technical specifications, test results, and design iterations for internal and external stakeholders.Required Skills & Qualifications:• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hardware design and development for robotic systems.• Proficiency in CAD tools such as SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or equivalent for mechanical design.• Experience with PCB design, layout, and prototyping using tools like Altium or KiCad.• Strong knowledge of sensor integration, motor control, and power systems for robotic applications.• Familiarity with embedded systems, microcontrollers, and real-time operating systems.• Hands-on experience with rapid prototyping, 3D printing, and hardware debugging tools.• Ability to work in a fast-paced R&D environment with iterative design cycles.More About the Opportunity:This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a global leader in the technology industry, contributing to the development of cutting-edge robotic systems for industrial and consumer applications.
