About The RoleOur product marketing team is at the heart of our business, responsible for driving market awareness, demand for, and adoption of isolved solutions through compelling competitive differentiation in a rapidly growing global market for HCM technology. isolved Product Marketers seamlessly blend creative and technical abilities with strong commercial acumen to influence the company's success.The Product Marketing Senior Specialist will work closely with the Product Marketing Managers, Product, sales, marketing and marketplace partner team to develop differentiated messaging in support of successful offering launches. The Product Marketing Specialist will play a key role in the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) plans and integrated campaigns.Core Job DutiesAssist Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) in executing go-to-market plans and product iniativesSupport launch preparation activities, including timelines, checkists, and coordination tasksHelp gather inputs from cross-functional teams (product, sales, marketing)Draft and update marketing materials such as one-pagers, pitch decks, emails and web contentEnsure product messaging is accurately reflected across collateralCoordinate with design and content teams to produce assetsAssist in organizing and updating internal documentation and resourcesSupport training prep by compiling materials and product updatesAssist with internal communications related to product updates or releasesAssist with ad hoc projects as neededMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, or requisite work experienceAt least 2+ years proven experience in product marketing, marketing, product management, sales/pre-sales or consulting roles or combination thereofSolid understanding of subscription based B2B software and servicesFamiliar with marketing tactics such as integrated marketing campaigns, competitive intelligence, differentiation development, naming, pricing and packaging, sales enablement, and moreStrong written and visual presentation skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentEffective organizational and prioritization skillsComprehensive knowledge of Microsoft 365About Isolvedisolved is an employee experience leader, providing intuitive, people-first HCM (Human Capital Management) technology.
