This paid position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting impact on young minds within a highly supportive, innovative environment. *Responsibilities* * *Personalized Lessons*: Design and deliver individualized English plans tailored to each student’s learning style, interests, and proficiency level. * *Core Literacy*: Provide targeted instruction in foundational English skills, including reading comprehension, writing, speaking, and listening. * *Tech Integration*: Create engaging curriculum materials using modern learning technology, multimedia, and e-learning platforms. * *Adaptive Teaching*: Modify instructional methods dynamically for student progress, including supporting multilingual learners and students with special needs. * *Atmosphere Management*: Implement positive classroom management strategies to foster an inclusive, safe, and welcoming learning environment. * *Progress & Metrics*: Track growth through regular assessments, maintain accurate attendance records, and provide constructive feedback to parents and guardians. * *Growth & Collaboration*: Partner with school teachers to align support, and participate in ongoing professional development to stay current on educational best practices. *Requirements* * *Education*: Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field. * *Experience*: Proven experience tutoring or teaching children in a classroom setting. * *Subject Expertise*: Strong knowledge of English grammar, literacy education techniques, and elementary teaching strategies. * *Instructional Delivery*: Ability to design individualized lesson plans and deliver effective one-on-one instruction. * *Soft Skills*: Exceptional communication skills, patience, empathy, and a positive attitude. * *Classroom Management*: Solid understanding of behavior management techniques for elementary-aged students *Preferred Skills & Experience (A Plus)* * *Adaptability*: Experience modifying lessons for diverse learners, including students with disabilities or special educational needs. * *EdTech Proficiency*: Experience using modern learning technology, multimedia, and e-learning platforms for hybrid or remote instruction. * *Multilingual Support*: Background in teaching foreign languages or proficiency in an additional language.
