The role involves project estimation, scope coordination, pricing analysis, and collaboration with project management teams to support complex woodworking and construction projects.Job Roles and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate project scope and estimating activities for assigned projectsReview project plans, specifications, drawings, and bid documentsPrepare project cost estimates, budgets, and general conditions estimatesAttend pre bid meetings and project site visitsCollaborate with project management teams to develop project execution strategiesAnalyze construction materials, labor, and project methods for accurate pricingMaintain communication with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and design teamsSupport bid management processes and online plan room activitiesDevelop strong professional relationships with stakeholders involved in projectsEnsure estimating accuracy for custom architectural millwork projectsQualifications and CertificationsBachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field preferred7 to 10 years of estimating experience in custom architectural millworkStrong knowledge of construction materials and construction methodsExperience with estimating software, bid management tools, and database applicationsProficiency in MS Office applicationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and analytical skillsAuthorized to work in the United StatesBenefitsHealth insurance optionsDental insuranceVision insuranceLife insuranceShort term disability insuranceLong term disability insurance401(k) contributionPaid holidaysPaid time offChild care support
