We're helping them fill this position.If you're passionate about YouTube content creation and excited to make an impact in the content space, this is the right role for you.Requirements:You're willing to relocate to St. George, Utah (moving expenses covered!)You're already a consumer of Hope's content and passionate about YouTube over Netflix/HuluYou're an organized planner with a go-getter mentality who jumps in to get the job doneYou have strong project management skills and can solve problems quicklyYou're detail-oriented and can manage multiple video projects simultaneouslyYou're comfortable working in-person in a collaborative studio environmentExperience with Google Workspace and Monday.com is preferredYou're looking for a career change and long-term growth opportunityResponsibilities:Take video ideas from "green-light" to completion, managing 2 videos per monthPlan and coordinate all pre-production elements including props, products, and set preparationResearch video concepts and present Hope with creative options and solutionsStand in as Hope for dress rehearsals when needed to ensure smooth filming daysWork closely with Hope throughout the entire video creation processIdentify and resolve production bottlenecks before they impact filmingManage logistics and coordinate with the team to ensure seamless production flowCollaborate in-person at the beautiful studio near Zion National ParkThis is the perfect role for someone who wants to commit long-term and has a desire to constantly improve and grow with the channel.
