The Senior Account Manager will oversee client accounts, develop and maintain strong client relationships, and manage projects to ensure they are executed effectively. Key responsibilities include preparing client proposals, collaborating with internal teams on promotional campaigns, and overseeing account performance. The role also involves addressing client inquiries, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service.QualificationsMust have experience in ASI or promotional productsStrong account management and client relationship skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsOrganizational and project management abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and managing multiple accountsExperience in the promotional products industry or related fieldsProficiency in office productivity softwareProactive problem-solving and decision-making skillsProven experience in a similar role, preferably with a background in client services or sales
