Maintenance Manager

Maintenance Manager - SE Minnesota We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee all maintenance operations in our food manufacturing facility. This role is critical to keeping our equipment, machinery, and facilities running efficiently, safely, and reliably. You will lead a team of maintenance professionals, develop preventative maintenance programs, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with safety regulations—all while minimizing downtime and supporting a productive work environment. This role is primarily first shift. We don’t enforce rigid schedules for managers—they work closely with the Plant Manager to adjust hours based on team needs and ongoing projects. Typically, the schedule is Monday through Friday, starting around 7:00–7:30 a.m. and ending around 4:00 p.m. There are several capital projects underway, many of which are scheduled on weekends to avoid production downtime. Weekend involvement depends on project needs and coordination with Maintenance leadership, the Plant Manager, and corporate teams. On average, this would require working a handful of weekends per year. Managers who work a weekend receive a comp day the following week.
