Senior HR Program Manager
Service Specialists is partnering with a growing, well-established organization to find a Senior HR Program Manager who will play a key role in building and leading impactful HR programs across the company.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys both strategy and hands-on execution. You’ll help shape programs that support employees, strengthen company culture, and align with overall business goals.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Compensation & Total Rewards
Lead and improve compensation and total rewards programs
Conduct market research to ensure competitive and fair pay
Partner with leadership to align rewards with business needs
HR Programs & Policies
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
Provide guidance on employee relations matters
Employee Experience
Improve onboarding and offboarding processes
Help drive employee engagement and retention
Support leaders in creating a positive workplace culture
Program Management
Lead HR projects from start to finish
Set timelines, track progress, and deliver results
Work cross-functionally to implement key initiatives
Communication & Change Management
Communicate HR programs clearly across the organization
Simplify complex HR topics for employees and leaders
Support change initiatives with thoughtful planning
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s a plus)
8–10+ xywuqvp years of progressive HR experience
Strong background in compensation and total rewards
Experience with HR policies, compliance, and employee relations
Proven ability to manage projects and drive results
Strong communication skills and ability to influence leadership
High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
