Associates provide therapy to real clients while receiving individual and group supervision, ongoing clinical consultation, and structured training in evidence-based psychotherapy approaches, including CBT, DBT, trauma-informed, and mindfulness-based therapies. Responsibilities: - Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions in an in an outpatient setting to address behavioral health concerns - Provide clinical counseling and support to patients experiencing work/life related stressors and trauma and wide range of clinical disorders - Perform patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans - Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches using substance abuse treatment modalities and other clinical counseling modalities - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including coding for billing purposes Requirements: - Recent Graduate OR newly licensed Master Level Clinician - PREFERRED: No prior work experience necessary Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and may be subject to change based on the needs of the organization.
