SR UI Dev leadLocation: Plainsboro, NJ (Hybrid)Keywords to find a suitable profile: Design System, Storybook, CSS/SCSS/ AEM or any other CMS integration, TypeScript & Vanilla JS. Job DescriptionMust Have:SCSS — advanced mixins, functions, @use/@forward, multi-theme CSS (custom properties, attribute selectors), Stylelint.TypeScript & Vanilla JS — type-safe models, DOM component behavior, unit testing (Vitest/Jest).Build tooling— Vite library mode, npm workspaces, Turborepo task graph and caching.Storybook — story authoring, addon config, MDX docs, framework-agnostic component APIs.Design tokens — Style Dictionary pipeline, primitive → semantic → component hierarchy, multi-brand/theme architecture.CI/CD — debug and modify CI pipelines (Jenkins or GHA), publish to private npm registries.Communication — changelogs, migration guides, breaking change management, presenting API decisions to design and engineering.AEM UI Integration with Storybook package.Good to Have:Cypress e2e and Visual Regression Testing (baseline management).SonarQube quality gates and LCOV coverage wiring.Jenkins’s pipeline authoring, Maven, Azure Artifacts / Azure DevOps.Figma token workflows or design handoff tooling.WCAG 2.1 AA hands-on experience. Job Responsibilities:Story book Development - Story authoring, addon config, MDX docs, Framework agnostic component API.Develop scalable and highly reusable components, which will be consumed by AEM development.Changelogs, migration guides, breaking change management, presenting API decisions to design and engineering.Communicate with business stakeholders and should take architectural decisions.Work on tokenization to sync Figma with story book.Integrate AEM to consume latest storybook package.
