The Lead Software Engineer will oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of our software solutions. Responsibilities include leading back-end web development efforts, designing and coding software applications, and ensuring scalable and efficient programming solutions. The role requires mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results. Qualifications Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and system designExpertise in Back-End Web Development and Software DevelopmentProficiency in Programming, with a focus on Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)Leadership experience in software engineering teams is an advantageExcellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skillsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related fieldExperience with matchmaking or social networking technologies is a plus
