Utility 3rd Shift (11 pm - 7:30 pm)

This is a job performing assembly operations of products manufactured in the Plastic Molding Department (PMD).The candidate would understand and perform daily job duties in a manner which supports the Company / Department SAFETY – QUALITY – PRODUCTION goals and objectives.Essential Duties:Operation of the riveting machineTrimming of productsVisual inspection of plastic productsPacking of productCommunicating issues with supervision and technical personnelOperating auxiliary equipment needed to produce finished goods and work in process (WIP)StaplersCarton Sealing machineryAny assignment as directed per management within the scope of personal capabilitiesSecondary Duties:HousekeepingAbility to perform all Packer level assignmentsQuality control inspections per customer or Mayzon specificationsParticipate in department meetingsQualifications and Requirements:Demonstrated ability to write legibly, to maintain records, and to give and follow oral and written instructions.Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions.Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels.Lifting of up to 35 pounds frequentlyAble to stand for duration of shiftWorking according to priorities set by the Production ManagerComplying with the regulations and guidelines of conduct in place at Mayzon;Meeting the requirements of safety, hygiene and quality of Mayzon;
