Warehouse Associate / Shipping Associate

Location: St. Petersburg, FL Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday Pay: Based on experience About the Role Niche Cycle is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate / Shipping Associate to support daily operations in our fast-paced motorcycle parts distribution environment. This is a hands-on role focused on shipping accuracy, organization, and keeping the warehouse running smoothly. Key Responsibilities • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time • Verify order contents before shipment • Prepare shipping labels and documentation • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory as needed • Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and shipping area • Assist with cycle counts and inventory organization when required • Follow safety procedures and company processes • Communicate issues or discrepancies promptly Qualifications • Prior warehouse or shipping experience preferred • Interest in cars, motorcycles, or powersports, with a basic understanding of parts and how they function • Willingness and ability to learn additional product knowledge over time • Strong attention to detail and time management • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the day • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Basic computer skills (shipping or inventory systems a plus) • Must have reliable transportation to and from work • Excellent attendance and punctuality are mandatory • No criminal history; background check required • Drug-free work environment What We Offer • Stable, full-time hours • Supportive, team-oriented work environment
