HVAC Service Technician/Installer - Benefits - NO nights or weekends!!

Job Description We are seeking a versatile HVAC Service & Installation Technician with a minimum of 2 years of experience . This role offers full cross-training between diagnostic service and equipment installation. If you are detail-oriented, technically skilled, and great with customers, we want you on our team.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, repair, and install residential/light commercial HVAC systems.Work with AC, Furnace, RTUs, heat pumps, and mini-splits .Provide exceptional customer service and clearly explain solutions to clients.Follow written schematics, blueprints, and manufacturer specifications accurately.QualificationsExperience: 2+ years in the HVAC industry.Technical Skills: Proven track record with HVAC equipmentCertifications: NATE Certification (current or prior) is highly preferred. EPA certification required.Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and comfort interacting with clients.Requirements: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
