In this fast-paced role, you’ll assist customers with purchases, process payments, and maintain an organized checkout area. We’re looking for team-focused individuals who are committed to accuracy, efficiency, and upholding RC Willey’s high standards of service and professionalism. Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and interact with customers by telephone and in personProvide customers with information about merchandise and servicesPerform transactions by collecting paymentsAssisting with light food preparation for in-store cafeFollow up with customer issues and service requestsAll other duties as assignedSkills And QualificationsExcellent customer service and problem-solving skillsAbility to count and manage cash transactions as well as process credit card paymentsBasic computer and typing skills neededMust be able to multi-task, pay attention to details and follow through with assigned tasksMust be dependable and self-motivatedReady to join the team?
