Client Associate

We are a growing local start-up focusing on creating engaging experiences that effectively connect our client’s brands directly to their consumers. We pride ourselves in the innovative live presentations of our client’s message and their products, as well as reporting back our ability to generate consistent revenue for our clients. Due to increasing demand from our clients, our team is hiring an Entry Level Client Associate in the East Los Angeles area immediately. Our Client relations position involves hands-on training to create and develop our pristine Client centric outreach and sales campaigns. We are searching for a Client Associate that is looking to grow with a company and to expand their professional skill set. Client Associate Daily Responsibilities: Use provided materials, training, and practice to master product knowledge and provide superior Client experiences to potential future consumers Deliver informative, educational and impulsive presentations with the goal of new Client enrollment or current Client upgrades Keep accurate records of all Client interactions, track all potential revenue opportunities and compile a daily report for senior management Participate in training opportunities provided by senior leadership Effectively manage assigned territory and alert senior management to any potential concerns in a timely manner Client Associate Preferred Skills & Experience: At least 1 year in a Client relations or Client service based role Able to communicate with a wide range of people, listen to feedback and give educated answers Confident in your ability to represent both our company and our clients Positive attitude and competitive spirit Able to problem solve effectively Exceptional Client service and communication skills Client Associate Requirements: Must be able to work 40 hours a week Must be able to work Monday-Friday with some Saturdays Must be able to attend in-person training at our office Must be able to travel locally Must be able to start within 2 weeks Job Type: Full-time Pay: $750.00 - $1,500.00 per week Benefits: 401(k) Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Ability to Relocate: Corona, CA: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
