In this key role, you'll play a vital part in our guests' experience by swiftly and precisely ensuring the smooth delivery of delectable orders from the kitchen to their tables, ensuring they have an exceptional dining experience.Ensure communication in the kitchen between the front of house and back of house teams by calling out orders, getting the status on dishes, and calling the waitstaff to serve completed dishes.Ensure that all orders are completed accurately, in time, and with the correct priority.Perform the finishing touches to completed dishes, such as adding garnishes and removing smudges.Assisting servers, bartenders, and guests in the dining experience, taking orders and delivering requested items in an efficient and timely mannerRelate with guests about needs, satisfaction with the beverage and drinks, ensuring a consistently caring and high-quality serviceOperate, maintain and properly clean all restaurant equipment and fittingsEnsure that the expediting area and restaurant outlets are tidy, organized, and well stocked at all timesEnsure food is served in accordance with safety standards (e.g. proper temperature)Check in with guests upon delivery of dishes and ensure they have everything they need, as neededQualificationsPrior experience in customer service or a similar role, in a luxury setting, is preferred.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.Ability to communicate in English.Benefits PackageThe comprehensive benefit package for this position includes paid time off, sick and safe time, Medical, Dental and Vision healthcare plans, 401(k) plans with employer contribution, Health and Flexible Spending Account programs, Employee Assistance Program and Company stay discounts.
