We are hiring a Principal Antenna Engineer to lead the design and development of advanced multi-element antenna arrays for next-generation GNSS anti-jam and communication systems. This is a highly technical, hands-on engineering role focused on antenna innovation, RF integration, and product development from concept through production.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, analyze, and optimize multi-element antenna arrays including monopoles, dipoles, loops, and other microwave structuresPerform antenna modeling and electromagnetic simulation using tools such as HFSSDevelop impedance matching networks across multiple frequency bandsSupport RF system-level design including LNAs, filters, mixers, amplifiers, PLLs, and VCOsConduct RF testing and characterization using lab equipment including network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and signal generatorsPerform antenna pattern measurements in anechoic chamber environmentsCollaborate across engineering teams to transition prototype designs into production-ready solutionsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with emphasis in electromagnetics, RF, or antenna designStrong hands-on experience in antenna design, modeling, simulation, and developmentExperience with RF measurement techniques and lab instrumentationKnowledge of impedance matching and multi-band antenna systemsU.S. Citizenship required with ability to obtain a security clearancePreferred QualificationsExperience working with GNSS frequency bands and anti-jam systemsExposure to RF system integration and communication system design
