About the opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to lead the Housekeeping team, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality are maintained throughout the hotel. What you'll get to do Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure all areas of the hotel are clean and tidy Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness Manage and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and other housekeeping materials Train and develop housekeeping staff to improve their skills and knowledge Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolve any issues promptly Skills and Experience Proven experience in a housekeeping supervisory role, preferably in a hotel environment Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and direct the housekeeping team Ability to work flexibly, including weekends, holidays, and evenings Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, such as cleaning equipment and linens High school diploma or equivalent required
