Locals to House, NM and surrounding areas, preferred! ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESSupervise multiple electrical crews ensuring we are compliant with state statutes Supervise, mentor, and train apprentices Ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety procedures Run electrical wiring for DC and AC circuits according to project specifications and local codes Diagnosing and resolving electrical issues within solar PV systems Performing routine inspections and maintenance checks on solar installations *Ensure all electrical workcomplies withstate and local building codes and regulations Perform other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTSMust enjoy working outdoors in all types of weather Must be able to walk, stand, kneel, and lift heavy materials, adhering to all safety standards Must have reliable transportation to and from the project site Ability to convey a positive and professional attitude, adhering to Moss core values To ensure a safe work environment, a pre-employment drug screening isrequiredEDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE State Journeyman licenserequiredfor the state employed inNew MexicoMinimum of High School diplomarequired *Proficiencyin using electrical tools and testing equipment for solar installations Comfortable working in a fast-moving dynamic environment with ability to handle ahigh-pressureenvironment, and prioritize work effectively Detail oriented, organized, and efficient individual able to complete tasks ina timelyandaccuratemanner JOB LOCATION: House, New Mexico CLASSIFICATION: FULL TIME - NON-EXEMPT - HOURLY REPORTS TO: ELECTRICAL SUPERINTENDENT Moss is an equal opportunity employer.
