IT Server Operations Analyst

Support critical infrastructure across on-prem and hybrid cloud platforms as an IT Server Operations Analyst in a fast-paced NOC environment. Provide hands-on server operations, incident response, and modernization efforts in cloud, automation, and observability. Collaborate with engineering teams to improve processes, reduce manual effort, and enhance monitoring across Windows, Linux, AWS, and Azure. Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain infrastructure health using SolarWinds Orion, Dynatrace, AWS CloudWatch, and Azure Monitor. Respond to alerts, triage incidents, and drive resolution within SLA targets. Participate in on-call rotation and execute structured incident response processes. Provide hands-on support for Windows and Linux servers across physical, virtual, and hybrid environments. Perform routine maintenance, including patching, firmware updates, and health checks. Execute failover and failback procedures with proper documentation and validation. Create, manage, and update DNS records in Infoblox to support infrastructure changes. Manage support tickets, coordinate cross-team follow-ups, and maintain accurate documentation. Collaborate on observability improvements, monitoring enhancements, and application visibility. Execute maintenance window activities, including alert suppression and operational validation. Contribute to automation initiatives using PowerShell, Bash, Python, Ansible, or similar tools. Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through scripting, runbooks, and workflow improvements. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in server operations, NOC, or infrastructure support. Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server and Linux environments. Experience with monitoring, alerting, and incident response workflows. Familiarity with observability platforms such as SolarWinds Orion or Dynatrace. Working knowledge of AWS and/or Azure, including CloudWatch or Azure Monitor. Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Experience with data center operations, hardware support, and infrastructure troubleshooting. Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a shift-based NOC environment with on-call responsibilities. You have 5+ years server operations and NOC experience. Proficient with Windows, Linux, AWS/Azure monitoring tools. Skilled in scripting automation and incident response on-call J-18808-Ljbffr
