Tax Senior Associate- International
International Tax Senior Associate Hybrid | New Jersey or Long Island, NY What You'll Be Doing Review and manage international tax compliance filings, including Forms 5471, 5472, 8865, 8858, 1118, and 8992 Advise clients on inbound and outbound international tax matters Support international tax planning initiatives, including structuring and repatriation strategies Research and analyze international tax developments, including OECD, BEPS, and U.S. tax reform updates Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to deliver high-quality client service Communicate complex international tax concepts clearly to clients and team members Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and support practice growth What We're Looking For 2+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on international tax Experience with cross-border transactions, foreign tax credits, Subpart F, and GILTI Knowledge of international tax compliance and planning for flow-through entities and individuals Strong communication, research, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with clients and internal teams CPA required or actively pursuing; JD candidates also encouraged to apply Why This Opportunity Stands Out Exposure to complex and evolving international tax matters Opportunity to work closely with experienced leadership and sophisticated clients Collaborative environment with strong mentorship and career growth potential Competitive compensation, flexibility, and long-term advancement opportunities Spartan Placements is an equal opportunity employer.
