Junior Software Developer

About the Role We are looking for a Junior Software Developer to help design, build, maintain, and improve software systems that support day-to-day business operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving practical problems, working with real users, and building reliable software that directly improves how the company operates. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across application code, databases, integrations, and existing systems. Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and improve internal business applications. Build and support integration’s between software systems. Write, debug, and optimize application code and database queries. Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term fixes. Work with team members across the company to understand requirements and improve workflows. Improve existing systems for reliability, usability, performance, and efficiency. Document work clearly and follow established development practices. Qualifications Experience with software development in a professional or project-based setting. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Experience with databases and SQL. Familiarity with web application development. Ability to work with existing codebases. Clear communication skills and attention to detail. Willingness to learn business processes and build practical solutions. Preferred Experience Backend or full-stack development experience. Experience with APIs, integrations, reporting, or automation. Experience with business applications, operational systems, or internal tools. Familiarity with PHP, JavaScript, SQL, Linux, or similar technologies.
