If you enjoy hands on work, solving problems, and keeping machines running at peak performance, this role is for you.Job Description:Set up and start injection molding machines for production runsMonitor press performance to ensure quality parts and optimal outputTroubleshoot and resolve process and equipment issuesMinimize downtime and drive continuous improvement in efficiencyMaintain production schedules by ensuring smooth job transitionsWork with engineered resins and support scientific molding practices (a plus)2-5 years of injection molding experience requiredExperience with set-ups, troubleshooting, and process optimizationKnowledge of scientific molding and engineered-grade resins is a plusStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
