Handyman / Line Striping / Pressure Washing Crew
About the RoleMA Building Services - Michigan is looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our crew. This position rotates between commercial handyman maintenance tasks (for qualified candidates and pressure washing/line striping services.) We’re seeking team players with good work ethics and take pride in delivering quality work on commercial properties.Key Responsibilities• Perform commercial handyman maintenance and repair tasks (for qualified candidates)• Operate pressure washing equipment and perform line striping on parking lots and pavement• Rotate between maintenance, pressure washing, and line striping crews as needed or any combination of teams• Maintain equipment, tools, and job sites in clean, safe, and ready condition• Follow safety protocols and company procedures with every job• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team membersRequirements• Prior handyman or maintenance experience (commercial preferred for that role)• Must have your own basic hand tools (specialty tools and equipment provided)• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Jackets and gear provided.• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skillsPreferred Qualifications• Experience with minor electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, or general repairs• Previous pressure washing or line striping experience not necessary- WILL TRAIN• Good attitude and ability to work well in a team Compensation & Benefits• Pay: $25 – $28 per hour (based on experience/qualifications)• Health Insurance• Paid Holidays• Paid Vacation• Consistent year-round work (full-time opportunities available)• Part-time and seasonal also available• Opportunity to grow with a stable, growing companyAbout MA Building ServicesWe are a trusted commercial services company serving the Metro Detroit area.
