Masonry Coordinator
Provide customer support to our masonry business with a focus on receiving and inventory accuracy. The Masonry Coordinator must reflect and represent Hamilton Parker’s core values, H.E.A.R.T. (History, Enthusiastic, Adaptive, Reputable, Team-oriented).Job ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily activity: customer orders, transfers, and deliveriesPerform outbound audits on customer orders, transfers, and deliveriesAdvise Warehouse Manager and Inventory Control Manager on staffing needs, work progress, and inventory issuesSupport receiving function by accurately identifying and slotting incoming materialInspect incoming material for note damage and discrepanciesConsolidate materials to optimize warehouse and yard spacePerform inventory control cycle counts and inventory editsHelp cover other warehouse duties as needed and on scheduled SaturdaysAssisting contractors and retail customers with ordersPull customer orders in an accurate and timely mannerAny additional responsibilities as assigned by the managerKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong communication skills with attention to detailBasic computer skills (P21, Outlook, etc.) neededAbility to work effectively with all levels of personnelAbility to lift and/or move up to 75 poundsAbility to prioritize workload and effectively work with little supervisionHigh school diploma or equivalentKnowledge of building materials a plusForklift, bobcat, yard lift experience a plusWe OfferMedicalDental401(k) with company matchEmployee assistance programCompany paid life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disabilityGenerous paid time offVolunteer Time OffPre-employment TestsDrug TestBackground ScreeningHamilton Parker Company was recently named one of Columbus Business First’s Best Places to Work and also recognized as one of CYP’s Wonderful Workplaces for Young Professionals.
