Machine Operator

*Job Overview* Machine Operator Monday-Friday 3pm-11:30pm We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented *Machine Operator* to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring coating equipment while ensuring products meet quality standards. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment, safely handle materials, and accurately complete shipping documentation. Duties * Set up and operate the carousel coating machine according to production specifications. * Load and unload tools into the coating chamber. * Perform machine startup procedures and monitor equipment throughout the production process. * Inspect coated parts to ensure they meet quality and customer specifications. * Package finished parts into the customer's original packaging. * Operate a computer to print shipping tickets, labels, and other production documents. * Maintain accurate production records and complete required paperwork. * Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment and work areas. * Follow all company safety policies, quality standards, and operating procedures. * Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals. Qualifications * Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred. * Mechanical aptitude with the ability to set up and operate production equipment. * Basic computer skills, including printing shipping labels and production documents. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. * Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. * Must be able to read, write, and speak English. * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift. * Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. * Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
