DescriptionWe are seeking individuals with a leadership mindset in Data Analytics and IT Service Solution sales, focusing on consultative sales experience in Data Analytics rather than IT product sales, networking, or infrastructure. This remote role aims to foster senior-level relationships across various stakeholders in the sales function and to address their needs through strategic initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain relationships with stakeholders (Sales Directors, Modern Trade Heads, Channel Directors, Mechanizing Heads, Customer Development) within client companies.Have good experience in selling IT services and owning the business plan including financial targets, proposal submissions, revenue, pipeline, and overall business planning and forecasting.Understand functional aspects of IT Services and drive the complete sales cycle, expanding the existing client portfolio through new sales and contract renewals.Identify sales opportunities aligned with client strategic priorities through effective networking.Collaborate with sales leadership, industry heads, Delivery COE teams, and other Growth leaders to ensure leads are acted upon and vital account information is shared.Exhibit confidence and credibility when engaging with a variety of decision influencers.Develop case studies and client testimonials; present these at client events and industry forums.Lead the team towards achieving sales targets while maintaining visibility of opportunities and risks, ensuring effective proposal tracking systems.Conduct negotiations with senior clients effectively, illustrating the value of company offerings in relation to pricing.Take accountability for business planning, implementation, and ensuring team alignment with sales goals.SkillsProficiency with technology stacks including MicrosoftGo, PowerBI, AWS, Snowflake, GCP, and CHick.Excellent problem-solving skills, being solution-oriented with strong analytical capabilities.Strong client-facing and communication/presentation skills.Expertise in consultative selling and case study development.Ability to engage confidently at external forums and events.Excellent collaboration and networking skills.Personal AttributesAdept in networking with clients and leading G-Suite client engagement.Skilled in sales generation with a talent for post-consultation.Strong communication abilities for effective conversation and presentation.Capable of working with global cross-functional teams while also excelling in independent projects.Detail-oriented with an ability to grasp the larger picture amid a rapidly changing digital media landscape.Proven negotiation skills and a track record of earning client trust.Accountable in creating a quantifiable difference in clients’ business outcomes.Employment Type: Full-Time
