In this hands-on role, you’ll keep our manufacturing operations running smoothly by maintaining and troubleshooting production and facility equipment in an FDA-regulated, cGMP environment. What You’ll Do Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and facility systems (HVAC, boilers, compressors, pumps, and packaging equipment) Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control systems to reduce downtime Follow SOPs, GMP, and safety protocols while maintaining accurate documentation Support equipment installations and continuous improvement projects Work collaboratively with a small, supportive team that values reliability and pride in work What We’re Looking For Associate degree or Industrial Maintenance certification (preferred) 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing or FDA-regulated environments Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Knowledge of OSHA, GMP, LOTO, and confined space procedures Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and safety-minded Benefits 401(k) with company matching Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Paid time off Employee assistance program Employee product discounts Retirement plan Apply today to join the Apotheca team in Woodbine, Iowa!
