Part Time/PRN Social Worker

Job Summary: Provides psychosocial assessments, diagnosis and treatment to patients in their place of residence as prescribed by a physician, to assist the patient/family member(s)/caregiver(s) develop effective coping skills in response to the patient’s diagnosis, treatment and/or life situation. Minimum Qualificaton: Current valid state clinical social worker license Master’s degree from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education Two (2) years of post-masters experience in a clinical setting Has one (1) year of social work experience in a healthcare setting Prior home health experience preferred Has reliable transportation Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $25.00 - $57.75 per hour Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Work Location: Multiple locations
