Sales Representative – Southern Arizona

Job Description:Maintain and grow sales across all industry segments within the Southern Arizona market Develop and implement a strategic plan to expand sales in the assigned geography Collaborate with sales leadership and other teams for revenue growth and customer satisfaction Provide Avantor solutions to customers across all industry segments Successfully manage a territory consisting of diverse customers by implementing sales strategies Prospect and establish new customers by managing a robust sales pipeline Develop and deliver proposals to customers, conveying Avantor's value proposition Work with sales management to develop strategic territory business plan Requirements:College degree or equivalent/applicable experience 2-3 years of experience working in a complex, dynamic sales environment Proven track record of verifiable sales success driving growth Business-to-business sales experience Excellent interpersonal skills Demonstrated capability to effectively utilize best-in-class selling processes (e.g. SPIN, Challenger, Miller Heiman/Korn Ferry) and CRM platforms (Salesforce.com) Collaboration Tool: MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Benefits:medical, dental, and vision coverage wellness programs health savings and flexible spending accounts 401(k) plan with company match employee stock purchase program 11 paid holidays 18 PTO days annually volunteer time off 6 weeks of 100% paid parental leave
